Homage to the Founder of Cascina Maiolo

The Sebastian Brut is named after Cascina Maiolo’s founder, Notary Sebastiano Maiolo, whose memory is engraved on the keystone of the manor house door. Early harvesting of the grapes, selected to give the must greater acidity, and careful low-temperature vinification sculpt a wine ideal for refermentation in autoclaves. With aging on the lees for several months, a cuvée of great fragrance on the nose and creamy perlage is obtained, making the Sebastian Brut a sparkling wine excellence.
